.....It does not help the journey
Walk slowly, pause often

Swiftly forgive and let god speak for you unspoken words
For in god unfinished conversations will be resovled

Be gentle with the ones who walks with grief
If its you be gentle with yourself
Swiftly forgive.... walk slowly.....Pause often......Take time
