 Have you tried councilling?
It sounds like just talking to your doctor really helped so talking to a councillor may help?
I have one who comes to see me at home and i never imagined it would work for me-'talking to a stranger'-but i just came spilling out with alsorts really easily and it helps so much.

I think the idea of having lolas christening at the same church so eleanor is there too sounds lovely x

Well just a little update .... i have been back to the docs today as he wanted to keep an eye on me.... anyways he did like a test on me ( various random questions) i bloody failed with a capital F!!! he has put me on some tablets .... ireally didnt want this but i am getting worse not better..... i am grumpy ,,, snappy,,,, nervous constantly in tears and i cant sleep as i have nightmares i felt like saying to him just shoot me now!!!!!  but i have 3 healthy kids i need to keep living for ....


Will let you know how i get on and see if te tablets do anything?

what tablets has he put you on, i really hope they work but they can take weeks to kick in.

At least your doctor is listening to you and trying to help.

Here anytime you need to talk especially as i totally understand as i too am getting worse not better.
