I am so glad they are sorting it out for you.  I do agree with some of the others you should try to get some of your money back for the heartache and axiety it has caused you.  Hopefully, once they get it placed they will offer it to you at least half price.  I can't wait to see the picture of it though.

Phew Cheryl - I was worried too when I read your first post.  Thank gawd it's been sorted and I hope they keep their word and have Livvy's stone up within the next fortnight.
