I don't feel ready to move Evie into the girls room, i did try for a few night's but i was so scared and could not sleep very well and i was at the point of tears  so i put Evie back in with me and John, she will be 3 in March, and i know she should be in her own room but i just don't feel ready still, John asked me the other day when we will try moving Evie into her own room again and i lied and said soon, my sis has a little bed for Evie and i keep putting off going to pick it up because if we have the bed that means she will have to move her into the girls room because a bed will take up to much space in ours  i'm so scared, but i just don't feel ready, i like to have her close to my bed so i can keep checking she is breathing  she is in no routine, i let her fall asleep on the sofa and take her to bed when me and John go up, loseing Kelvin to S.I.D.S i never thought it would happen a second time but it did and i'm scared it will happen a 3rd time, i know she is not a baby anymore (well still a baby to me  ) but you do hear about older children that stop breathing in there sleep  and i just can't bare to move her, i can't see her moving in with the girls anytime soon!

hun, i am sure you will move evie when the time feels right to you, if that is not yet, maybe you and john could work something out between you, maybe you could sleep in with her for the first few nights in her big girls bed, and then slowly spend less of the night in there,

whatever you decide, i am sure it will all work out in the end.

take care,

Don't worry there will be a time when you will go for it or when she asks to move rooms.  Kaya stil sleeps between us and she has a bedroom all set up but has never used it.  We also let her fall asleep with us and then bring her to bed when we go.
Everyone parents differently so don't worry

Donna

Oliver is three and a half and he still falls asleep in in our bed and I do now put him into his own bed (only happened recently) if he wakes up dring the night, he usually gets back into bd with us.  You will do it when the time is right, try not to worry too much

Take care
