Just wanted to share with you what my L/C said to me today

It was just me and Madison (my three year old) today as erin was having a napp and the older two were at school ,

we were making  lunch and chatting and she asked if ethan can come home yet , or is he still grounded.

I said ''no baby ethan hasn't been bad but he had to go to heaven to be with grandad prickles (my grandad)  because grandad was lonely , ''

so as she tucked into her sandwich she replied ok but next time tell ethan he don't have to go heaven to see grandad cos he's at the allotment with his vegggible  ( she got confused thinking it was my FIL who is still very much alive)

Normally i get a lump in my throat when she started talking about Ethan but today i just felt  '' Oh maddie I do love you '' 

I don't think madison will ever totally understand why Ethan had to leave us but her innocence is a strange comfort to me at times too and ,I'm not 100% sure I'm completely understand why any of our angels  had to leave us either ...

no i dont know why our angels had to go either, and maybe if we all had the innocent minds of young children we would be able to deal with the pain better,

i am glad her words brought you comfort hun, she is a very clever lil lady to think of your angel in such a lovely way.
