I would just like to take a moment to say my twins skye-laura and teegan-alice were born on 10th may 2006. they were still born and had suffered from TTTs twin to twin transfusion syndrome. They were 23 weeks gest and i had gone through an operation a lazer ablation in april to try to save them but it failed i now have a little boy called wyatt n although i miss the twins i know the will always be in my heart xxxx

thankyou all for the warm welcome yeh i believe they are looking over me and keeping me and their baby brother safe, i decided not to mourn for them forever and by thinking they are watching over me and keepig me safe allowed me to mourn less xxxx

Hi Laura-Jayne,

I'm really sorry to hear of your double loss, really sorry. I know how frightening it was having a second twin with very restricted growth, so it must be terrifying when TTTS is diagnosed and you are faced with both babies suffering.

How nice to hear that you now have a son. Of course it's not to diminish the loss of your girls, absolutely not, but a successful pregnancy after such a tragic situation is heartening and no doubt you'll tell him about his big sisters one day.

thankyou all for your replys, it is great to have had a healthy little boy after the twins even that didnt go that smoothly though he was 6 weeks prem! i have read all your stories and i am sad to read so many of you have been through so much some of the stories make mine seem like a minor, i am glad all of you are hear and i am happy to talk to anyone if anyone needs a chat xxxxx
