My Gorgeous Boy

« on: October 22, 2008, 12:55:15 PM »

Hello there!

Some friends of ours have raised £300 and has said they would like us to use the money to do something in memory of our gorgeous boy Jamie. I have asked about a bench at the cemetary but there isnt any room. I am looking for any ideas. I would like something either at the crem or if it was at home, something that we could move should we decide to move house one day!

Any suggestions welcome

Why not go for a bench for the garden at home?

Pamela

Why not dedicate a portion of your garden to your beautiful Jamie and if you move make sure that all of his things can move with you, you could also put a bench in it aswell with a little plaque.

Good luck whatever you do I am sure Jamie will love it

Take care

I think the bench  with a plaque in your own garden would be lovely, as you can go and be there when ever you need to no matter what time, and like you said you want something that can move with you.
You can buy those benches that have like flower boxes on the ends where the arm rests are which you can plant stuff in xxxxx

your figure out what you want to do hun x

At my local park there is a bench dedicated to a little girl who used to love to watch the duckies.

Is there anywhere else like that you would like a bench for Jamie?

We're planting a tree in our cemetery next to a bench for our little boy and we're planting a little xmas tree in our garden to put lights on every year for him. We're also having a tattoo done. My husband is having "some people only dream of angels..." on his arm and i'm having "...i held one in my arms" on my back. The sentence only makes sense when he puts his arm around me. Only us know who the tattoos about.
