Some special words - any ideas?

[daire and odhrans mum]

Gavin and I have picked a plaque (if that's the right word) to put on the grave of Daire and Odhran.  We just want something small with their names and the date they were born sleeping on - we are thinking something like this:

Precious memories of
Daire and Odhran
Born sleeping on the 2nd March 2007
baby sons of Karen and Gavin and brothers to James

What do you think?  I'd love a small poem put their too - I love this

May the winds of love blow gently and whisper for you to hear, we love and miss you Daire and Odhran and wish that you were here.  Sleep tight our precious babies. xx
