Jake, Always Loved and Missed until we meet again

WWW
« on: April 26, 2009, 11:14:19 PM »

Amy-May and Josh have some premium bonds. My mum bought them for them. I had to fill in a change of address form when we moved house and yesterday I got the form sent back saying that some of the details are incorrect and asking me to send the corrected form back along with my ID to prove it is just a mistake and not fraud

I looked over all the forms and I couldnt find what was wrong. I got craig to look at it and he pointed it out straight away. I put DOB as 20/10/05 instead of 06/10/06. Jakes DOB instead of Josh's. I feel so stupid. How did I not realise that! If not when I was writing it then why not when the form was returned. It didnt jump of the page at me as a mistake. If Jake was alive woud I mix up there details so easily??

I feel very silly today

Awwww Mel

It was a genuine mistake hunni it just means that Jake is on your mind even when you are not thinking about him iykwim?

I have occasionally mixed up Joel and Brett's DOB when talking to tax credits so I really wouldn't see it as a big thing hun xxxxxxx

Mel it is so easily done. Hannah's birthday is just four days before mine and I have written her date down instead of mine. I think it is only natural when we have a date that is so firmly etched on our memories.

Be gentle on yourself.

Mel I did something similar the other day. A lady asked me when Katie's due to which I replied 26th August - Tyler's due date.

Jake's gonna be on your mind as are my boys mine, mistakes happen  kis

mel, take comfort in knowing that most of us do it with our kids as when you say 'would i have done it if jake was still alive' yes you would, which shows just how much a part of your life your angel is even when in heaven, not earth x
