I hadn't booked anywhere-if you remember i had phoned the other britannia hotel that's the same chain, i wasn't going to book anywhere without the numbers back in August, as far as i had got was talking to Joseph and was going to ring him nearer the time with numbers so there

Secondly-i had bloody spoken to Joseph who had a provisional booking for us......just at the wrong hotel



phoning a hotel to ask if they had a restaurant is not exactly a provisional booking!!!

  i didn't phone to just ask if they had a restaurant-give me some credit n i'm not that bad am i!

 i explained the numbers, date and situation and asked if they would be able to accomodate a large group etc-hey good job it didn't go further considering it was the wrong hotel
