I'm not suprised your finding things hard , and to be trueful I'd be worried if it wasn't getting to you, I struggle with my lot with the support of chriss so I couldn't imagine coping on my own.
but you are strong and if you don't want anti depressants increased ok , so what else will help. talking about things more maybe cos we will always listen,  hopefully soon becky will feel better and that will take some pressure off your worry .  david loves you loads and is as proud of his mammy as we are xxx

donna give her a hug from me too when you see her xxx

i'm woth Marie, i'd be more worried if you were telling us how well you were coping.  and i can remember you telling me this in the past!
Pauline if an increase in your antid's is what you need then don't fight it.  its not a bad thing and its not a failing.  you're not just coping with David's anniversary you'd be struggling with being a single mum without David being an angel.
i'm here day and night if you need me.  i'll sit on the other end of the phone and we can listen to each other cry, have a go at the men and remember our angels.

Pauline you have so much on you plate right now. Hopefully just talking it all through with your GP will help. No-one will force you to take a higher dose. And increasing your dose sadly wont stop David's anniversary coming around. You need to do whatever feels best to you and whichever route you choose we will all be right here.

(((((((((((((((((((((Pauline))))))))))))))))))))))))))))
Being a single mum isnt easy and dealing with the anniversary on top of that is hard. To be honest I would be more worried if ya said you were dealing just fine.
Don't fight an increase in anti D's. It can really make a difference and its not a bad thing!
I was on anti D's for quite some time after my divorce and after losing Kayleigh and had my dose increased several times but it did do the trick eventually and I havent needed any for years now.
