I feel so guilty!

We have been trying for a baby since 2005 I have been pregnant but it's never resulted in a baby just loss! My sister has just got married and has started trying for a baby half of me wants it to happen but another part of me doesn't! I know it's really selfish! I just don't know if I'll be able to cope with her getting pregnant while i'm struggling! I'm scared that I will miss out on the life of her child because I'm soo wrapped up in wanting my own! I love the nephew I have soo much but even looking after him sometimes proves hard! I know it's wrong for me to feel like this but I can't help it! What is wrong with me!
