From yesterday's service of remembrance for babies:

The world may never notice
If a snowdrop doesnt bloom,
Or even pause to wonder
If the petals fall too soon.
But every life that ever forms,
Or ever comes to be,
Touches the world in some small way,
For all eternity.

The little one we longed for
Was swiftly here and gone.
But the love that was then planted
Is a light that still shines on.
And though our arms are emply,
Our hearts know what to do.
Every beating of our hearts
Says that we do love you!

For all ourforeverbabies...

Hi Andrea

I loved this poem and intended to post it. Even though the person who read it out did so with absolutely no emotion, it was still very poignant.

Remembering you is easy, we do it everyday
Losing you was a heartache, that never goes away

Hi everyone

I haven't been on here in a long time but I wanted to stop by again and came across this page of comments regarding the above poem it is very special to me as this is the very poem I read out at my son's funeral it will be 3 years this month since we lost him and there's not a day goes by that I don't long to have him with me I think the wording is very appropriate in a lot of ways

love to you all and all our angels
