This a poem i wrote for my son a few weeks after he died.I was sitting in my bedroom looking at his photos, name tags, birth cert ect..

All we have are memories,
ones we hold so dear,
5 days we spent just hoping,
and also spent in fear.
You gave us a special baby son,
but then you took him away,
we feel our hearts are breaking,
more each passing day.

We dont ask much our lord,
but can we ask you this?
each time you hear us weeping,
pass onto him our kiss.
Tell him that we love him,
and miss him everyday,
we feel he was too special,
for on this earth to stay.
