I have just ordered 1 for myself.From what I can see these bracelets are made from tile type things instead of a chain,you get a basic silver/stainless steel 1 and you can order charm type tiles to replace the silver ones.I have ordered 8 tiles with a variety of things on.These include 1 that says "in loving memory of....."1 with her name on it.1 with pink baby handprints.1 with pink baby footprints.a heart on angel wings with angel written across the heart.They have so so many and are really well priced too.and atm if u spend a set amount u get a choice of free jewellery too.I chose the plain bracelet as my gift.The whole thing is costing me £22 inc delivery from the usa.

Nia they are beautiful. So many lovely things on there. I ordered a couple of things from a site in america a few days ago and couldn't believe how cheap they were once they exchange rate had kicked in.

These are alos known as Italian Charms and widely available through different places.
I have had one of those for several years and have bought lots of charms that remind me of my Angel girl Kayleigh.
