just looking at abbrieviations cuse the spelling but can you explain what a missed misscarraige is sorry if you find it distressing in explaining it to me as i never heard of it before

Sorry just seen this,  I think its a miscarraige when you didn't even know you were pregnant?

a missed miscarriage is were baby dies but body still thinks you are pregnant, therefore it is normally only detected by an ultrasound as there are no miscarriage symptoms

Thank you for posting this information, I knew many but some really had no clue about, and was worried I' offended someone with my hi I'm new because it said L/C mentioned and I didn't realise what it meant ,    but don't worry the penny has dropped now lol .
