I dont know what to suggest sweetie. I can see why your in a pickle.

If you think you could cope with it, it might be nice to have lola christened at her big sisters resting place, then elenor would be a part of the day too.

I know im useless

you dont have to have Lola christened whilst she is a baby so why not wait a while and give yourself time to think about it, there is no rush.

Oh Lynette

I can see why this is so hard for you. However remember if you do go ahead and have Lola christened there it would mean that there would be a very special link that day with Elenor, with it being the same church. Maybe if your minister was approachable you could ask him to include Elenor in the ceremony too.

Only you know what is right for you. You know where I am.

Lynette,
Like you my children have been christerned Albie had a blessing and i really wanted Olivia to be christerned, our church is the church Albie had his funeral and is buried in the grounds there so i was in 2 minds about what to do, when we spoke to the vicor he was wonderful and we made Albie a big part of the christening I had a wonderful candle made which said with love to you Olivia on your christening day love your big brother Albie x x x x this was lite when they light the christening candles and was left in the church, the balloons i had for Olivia i also had a couplr done for Albie which we let go when we came out of the church, there were bittersweet moments too that day i sat in the same place as i sat for Albie's funeral not by choice but i felt like Albie was close by all that day.
Another thing we did was go to the church after a morning service when it was empty the vicor just let us sit and take it all in tears were shed but it made it much easier to return.

Hope it helps a little

Lynette

As the others have said it would be lovely to have Elenor included in Lola's christening but if you cant face it while she's small how about a naming ceramony and think about her christening when she gets a bit bigger .

Only you and Wes can decide but what ever you do decide will be the right decision for you.
