I just thought I'd let you know what a great company this is. We received Adam's bear last week and it was gorgeous. I had asked them if I could have it for his anniversary on 10 September and was so pleased that they were able to do it. Even though it turned out their courier didn't deliver to Northern Ireland, they paid double what they normally pay for postage to get it to me, after finally finding a courier that would deliver.
Yesterday morning I was making the beds when I heard a thud. I shouted and asked Lara what was that. She shouted that Adam's bear had an accident. Turns out she had carried it through the living room and accross the kitchen (how I don't know because it is so heavy). She then had dropped it and it's ear was completely shattered. I was in tears.
I phoned the company today and they are going to send me another bear, free of charge. I just need to pay for the postage. Trudy is going to ring round couriers to see if they can get a better price. I just think that is so nice of them, as it wasn't their fault the teddy was damaged. Adam won't get his bear for his anniversary but at least he will not have one missing an ear!
They have asked me to say that anybody having bears delivered to Northern Ireland or Southern Ireland will have to be charged for posting. The bears are so lovely though that I think it is worth it. I will upload photos when I get Adam's new one.
