hi every1, sorry i havent bn around lately. was at my lawyer today as social work have cut our visits down to twice a week now. also took letter that i received of the procurator fiscal with me as well. Well the result was that she also thinks the social work r trying to read between the lines and r looking for something that is not there (good news on my part). She also said it was clear in the letter that there was to be no further investigation in rebeccas death on the medical part and that she could understand why i never asked questions earlier. I took the letter as social work keep bringing up my Rebeccas death and it is not helping that the 2nd anniversary of her death is in less than 2 weeks. Emotions are running very high at the mo. She also advised me that she was going to write a letter to social work saying that unless they let us see roisin more often and get things moving faster then we r no longer willing to be working with them voluntarily.

Exact wording of letter from p.f:  As indicated I have reported the circumstances of Rebecca's death to Crown Office in Edinburgh who have advised me that it is not necessary to hold a fatal accident inquiry or any further investigation.

Here is hoping that this will help me get my baby girl back where she belongs

Also want to say thank you to those that have taken the time to send me private messages asking how things are going and as always i will keep u all up to date.   kis  kis  kis
