Hi everyone..

I went to my little angels babygarden earlier this week, i lit their candles, left some roses and had a little tidy up.
It wasnt until last night that i was having a look at some pictures i'd taken, when i realised their easter bunny i'd left up there wasnt there!!

I would hate to think it has been stolen but i cant think of anything else, unless it had blown away!? and been put back on the worng grave :-/

I'm going to go up tomorrow and have a look - hoping i just didnt notice it! i was busy sorting flowers etc :-(
It is normally such a good cemetary - no trouble or anything like that at all - will be really upset and a bit concerned of leaving anything if this is the case...

Has anyone else had any trouble?

much love

Its a horrible feeling that someone would steal from a baby - let alone a baby angel! :-(
I think i'd rather try and imagine the twins have taken it to wherever they are - stop me from being angry!

I hope i dont offend anyone, but i know a few of the adult graves have suffered because there are quite a few gypsy graves near, and when the children go and visit they run riot around the cemetary! but wouldnt wanna stereotype..

I guess its only a bunny - if someone wants it that much they are welcome to it! There are plenty of real bunnies up there! :-)

As for not knowing who has put things on their plot - my mum had an idea, in poundland at the moment they are selling really cute garden stuff, including a little blackboard...we thought about gettin one so ppl can write a message when they go up and leave something!?

much love

My Little Man Ben 10/05/07-04/06/07

 It's heartbreaking isn't it.
At christmas my brother put a lorry on Ben's garden, with some matchbox cars-only cheap toys but really special-his first Christmas presents. Anyway, they were soon stolen.
My partner doesn't show his emotions much but just got in the car and cried. It really hurts to know you can't protect your child.

What really upset me was the realisation of the sort of scum that walks around. Ben's grave is so obviously a babies (as his headstone wasn't on at Christmas) but it was decorated with things like 'baby's first Christmas' and santas etc. I can't imagine anyone being able to walk by it without feeling something-but someone obviously did, regardless of age and it worries me that there are people in this world that will steal from a baby. A baby who only ever had the chance to have toy cars on his grave as he never lived long enough to play with toy cars.

I do hope you find the bunny-Ben's giraffe once blew into the trees at the bottom of the cemetry.

Big hugs to you-grieving for an angel is hard enough without the added worry/stree x

Hi Charlotte

I had 3 little figurines stolen from my son's grave just last week and it is so heartbreaking when it happens as it makes you lose faith in mankind to think someone would stoop so low as to pinch something precious to us for our angels

I really hope your easter bunny turns up on someone else's grave and that it was simply just the wind that blew it away

I can imagine that some things are stolen :( and there will be accidents.

MAYBE when something new is placed there that a photo is taken - then if horribly stolen or an accident you still have a record of how you spoil your loved and wanted baby ? :)

Hello :-)

Unfortunately the bunnie was taken - but after reading all ur posts i am now going to make sure in future i take pictures everytime i buy something new, and i am going to try and think of it that the twins have taken it to play with wherever they are :-)

The headstone should be in soon, and we were going to have a sort out anyway and buy new things, so i suppose in a silly way its helped me move it without feelin like i am taking something away from them!

thanks for ur posts ladies,

lots of love
