Livvys headstone

ok so today i have been to order Livvys headstone.

I am not at all sure how i feel about it but i have put it off for over 6 months and its time to just get on with it.

It should be done and up in approx 4 weeks.

Stupid i know but i think it makes it seem real.

When we lossed Kelvin mum sorted the headstone
out for me and John because i was only 15 and could not afford a headstone 
But Lewis has been gone 3 years now and i still have not got round to it,
it's something i hope to do by the end of the year

I know how you feel my lovely......   i ca remember putting it off ordering elenors headstone as everything seems so so final...... do you kow what i mean???

But...... once it went up i was so relieved as she is recognised now and i see people stop and look and comment and everyone knows she is there and she is not a forgotton angel.....

Livvy is so so proud of you cheryl i just know she is

I still havent ordered Adam's headstone - too many decisions and it has to be perfect iykwim.

I'm sure Livvy's headstone will be lovely.  Are you going to tell us what you picked out, or shall we wait till Livvy has it?

Aw cheryl hun,,,,,, you know where i am if you ever need a chat.....

I thought that that at first that people that stop and look at graves must be weird but if you think about it.... they are in the graveyard probably visiting a family member or a friend ..... i was once just tidying elenors stone up and a little old lady (she must have been 80) came over to me as i was crying and she said ..... your daughter will be so proud of you for making her memory live on with this beautiful resting place.... she said that her and her daughter always say Hello Elenor every time they pass her as her husband is buried round the corner in the adults section..... now i  personally find this comforting that people i dont even know acknowledge Elenor when i am not there..... do you get where i am coming from???  Livvy is looking over you now cheryl and is guiding you to help you thats what our beautiful babies do..... and do you know what??? as soon as that stone goes down you will cry i know you will but you will stand back and look at it and think Livvy.... i have done you proud ..... why am i sat in tears babling on here??? sorry cheryl just want you to know that your not alone and i am here for you and you are doing the most beautiful thing for your beautiful daughter

I wud not say they are morbid we have a dear lady who gos to the cemertery were jayden is and tidys up and ive seen her talking to the babys and children in there in a strange way i think its nice that people stop and look as then they are thinking of your child. I bet Livvily Headstone will look gawgus xxxxxxxxxxx

I'm sure it will be perfect honey....it may seem like the final step - but sure there will always be more you will think of doing for ur little princess :-)
