Had a meeting with social work, health visitor and foster carer on Monday, and this is wat happened. They have seemed to have decided I am not to get Roisin back at all because they don't know how Rebecca died. They have yet to show me proof of how they came to this conclusion, nor have they replied to a letter which my lawyer sent them a month ago. They have not contacted anyone (my parents, lawyerer, dps parents etc) when they said they would. They are also talking about a childrens panel hearing which I have to attend (dont know when yet). And it will be at this panel when it will decided if she is to come back to my care. Lawyer has told me that the fact social services has not replied to her will go against them in court. They also spoke about my daughters death and my sons state of mind in front of foster carer (isnt this a breach of patient confidentiality?) which I am not happy about. But yet when I went to post mortem results my dp was not allowed in with me (not my angels dad) but yet they spoke about it at meeting with foster carer there(????) Still fighting to get her home tho. Seems to me social services are making to many mistakes which all of which I am writing in a book. Just goes to show our precious children are just numbers to social work in my area. Sorry for all that girls needed 2 let off some steam and bring u all up 2 date.

Kisses to all our angels up in heaven  kis kis kis

i know how yo feel with ss i had them at mine when my 22 month old was 9 months they had a call saying i was force feeding her takeaways everynight they disgust me when children are out there really needing help and they hassle the families whos kids are sooooo loved and safe it took them 2 months to realise my kids were looked after and healthy i could neverforce feed any of my kids let alone afford takeaways everynight.
you get your baby back soon

Im disgusted at the way they have discussed my sons and late daughters health in front of foster carer (she only has my nrly 6 month old girl) and saying they will contact people (like lawyer, etc) and then dont bother.

i'd see your lawyer again and get him/her to contact them again via phone while you are there the foster carer is only there to look after the child and not to know everything else my friend used to work with ss so i will see what she says for you seeing her hopefully week on thus am sure they are not meant to discuss things infront of her though
